Cast Iron Conditioner

I’ve tried for years to use a cast iron and have never been able to keep them clean and non stick. I recently purchased a new cast iron and ordered the cast iron conditioner-I use my cast iron several times a week now. Before I maybe used it twice a year cause I hated cleaning and conditioning it.

I have my Grandmother’s Griswold frying pan given to her as a wedding gift in 1915. I did not use it often until I discovered Lovett Sundries Cast Iron Conditioner. It works. It has revived this pan and I use it regularly!

I was very excited to discover this product at Marley's Monsters for I have felt intimated for years by the lore of properly caring for cast iron pans. I liked using it quite a bit but found the salt a bit too coarsely-ground. I think a finer grain would be better for scrubbing the pan.
