Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Marley's Monsters wholesale program offers our handmade reusable products at wholesale rates to approved stockists, once a minimum order value is reached. The wholesale collection does not include any third party products, and is subject to change without notice.
- Once your application is approved, you will be able to log in and shop our entire wholesale collection. Product availability is subject to change
- Our order minimum is $200
- Our quantity minimum is 6 per product listing
- Wholesale orders may not be combined with ANY other offer, including our rewards program. Points will not be earned nor can they be used towards wholesale purchases
- Wholesale orders may not use coupon codes
- Items must be priced and advertised at or above MSRP at the time of purchase
- Items must be sold on a secure & privately hosted website or in a privately owned brick & mortar store
- Items may not be sold on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, etc.
- Original packaging must remain on product when sold
- Sales: Discounts may never exceed 25% off MSRP. Sales must be clearly marked as a 'limited time offer' with exact dates, never exceeding 1 week. MSRP must be clearly visible.
- Items must be priced at listed MSRP
- Prices are subject to change
- We do not charge sales tax or additional fees
- All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted
- NO COUPON CODES ALLOWED on wholesale orders
Shipping is calculated at checkout, or a flat rate will appear. We are not responsible for package delays due to postal service error/international customs.
Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders. If there are any product issues that have occurred during manufacturing and/or shipping, please contact us and we will work on a resolution.
Damages or missing product must be reported within 5 business days of shipment arrival.
Please provide order number and photos including interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label and damaged goods with invoice in view to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are not responsible for damages to goods incurred while shipping to third party customers. When shipping our products, properly package with recyclable padding.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to make your order. Handmade wood items take a full 2 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped. RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us at email@example.com to see if your order qualifies for rush processing. A 5% charge can be added to rush an order.
Approval for international accounts is limited. International orders are subject to additional importation fees and taxes that may be incurred by their country. Please contact your local customs and import offices prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for additional fees incurred by customs/importation/VAT.
International MSRP pricing: Items must be priced to at least the converted MSRP at the time of purchase rounded up to the nearest dollar. Please contact us if you would like the current MSRP pricing list for your country.
Shipping for international orders can take longer due to customs. Consider this when submitting your order.
