We ship your order 3-5 business days (not including weekends) from when you place your order. We make your order from scratch! Please keep this in mind when shopping with us.

Address Accuracy & Carrier Compatibility

Verify Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors or omissions.

PO Box Deliveries: If you are shipping to a PO Box, you must select a USPS shipping option at checkout. Private carriers (like UPS or FedEx) generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a non-USPS method is chosen for a PO Box address, the carrier may return the package to us.

Failed Deliveries & Returns: If a package is returned to sender because an incompatible shipping method or an incorrect address was provided, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Coupon Codes and Gift Cards

Only one coupon code or rewards voucher allowed per order.
Marley's Monsters Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a coupon code or rewards voucher. Gift cards CAN be combined with a coupon code or a rewards voucher. 

Shipping costs do not include any import & customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply, and are determined by your country's policies. We are not responsible for fees incurred or delays due to customs. 

E.g. If your order is going to Canada (we are a US based company), you will likely have to pay Canadian duty on the value of the goods depending on the province you are importing goods into. Please contact your local customs/import office prior to placing your order.

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped. Please email customerservice@marleysmonsters.com and provide your order number to get the process started.  

Items that are unused, unwashed, in original packaging and ready for resale, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. If your order qualified for reduced rate shipping, the original shipping cost will be taken out of the refund. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise specified.

**Due to health/hygiene concerns, some personal items are non-returnable.

Damaged and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please email customerservice@marleysmonsters.com and provide your order number along with photos of interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and all package contents so we can better assist you.

We accept all forms of payment at checkout, including Shop, PayPal, amazon pay, G-Pay and Venmo.
