GENERAL

Marley’s Monsters wholesale program offers our own brand handmade reusable products at a discounted rate for resale, given the following terms are adhered to. Marley’s Monsters may change this agreement at any time. 

ORDERING

• Approved stockists can shop our entire Wholesale Collection HERE.
• Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks (from order placement to shipment). Rush service may be available for a fee. 
• Payment is due at checkout and all applicable shipping/processing or rush fees are due in full prior to shipment.
• International stockists and those whose order exceeds $2500, submit draft orders to receive a shipping quote and a final invoice for their approval. 
• No additional discounts or coupon codes are allowed on wholesale orders.
• Tax exemption available (with proper documentation). 
• Quantity and order minimums apply 
• Item availability and print options may change without notice.
• Pre-orders are not accepted.
• Purchase orders require pre authorization. Please reach out to wholesale@marleysmonsters.com
• We always ship plastic free!

PRICING/SELLING:

• Marley’s Monsters products must be listed, displayed and resold at MSRP or above. International stockists will convert MSRP from USD to local currency.
• Discounts on Marley’s Monsters products are not to exceed 25% off MSRP, and the discount period must not exceed one week.
• Original packaging must remain on the product when displayed and sold. Rebranding is strictly prohibited.
• Marley’s Monsters products can only be sold through a secure and privately hosted website, or from a privately owned, brick and mortar store.
• Marley’s Monsters products may not be sold on 3rd party websites or apps such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, Goodbuy, BetterWorld, etc.

SHIPPING/HANDLING

• Domestic (USA) shipping is calculated at checkout, or a flat rate will appear. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to postal service errors.
• Please reach out to wholesale@marleysmonsters.com to request a specific shipping method.
• International taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Please contact your local customs / import offices prior to placing your first international wholesale order.

• Shipping times will vary based on method of delivery from our facility in Eugene, Oregon.

ORDER ISSUES:

• Damaged or missing product must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
• Provide order number and photos including interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label and all package contents with invoice in view to wholesale@marleysmonsters.com.
• Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders, but if there are issues with a product, please contact us so we can work on a resolution.
• Marley’s Monsters is not responsible for damages to goods incurred while shipping to stockist customers. When shipping our products, properly package with recyclable padding. 
• Marley's Monsters respects the relationship between our stockist and their customer. If there is a problem with an item please reach out to us directly for guidance. 

ACCEPTANCE

• Both parties understand and accept the wholesale arrangement stipulated under this agreement.
• Once a wholesale account has been approved with the supplier, the customer shall be bound by this agreement from that time.
