Order processing time
We ship your order 3-5 business days (not including weekends) from when you place your order. We make your order from scratch! Please keep this in mind when shopping with us.

  • United States: Varies by selection at checkout
  • Canada: 7-21 business days
  • Everywhere else: 10-24 business days
Coupon codes and gift cards
Only one coupon code or rewards voucher allowed per order.
Marley's Monsters Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a coupon code or rewards voucher. Gift cards CAN be combined with a coupon code or a rewards voucher. 
International Orders
Shipping costs do not include any import & customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply, and are determined by your country's policies. We are not responsible for fees incurred or delays due to customs. 
Ex. If your order is going to Canada (we are a US based company), you will likely have to pay Canadian duty on the value of the goods depending on the province you are importing goods into. Please contact your local customs/import office prior to placing your order.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.  
Address Changes
Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. If your item qualified for reduced rate shipping, the original shipping cost will be taken out of the refund. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise specified.
**Due to health/hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of the following items:  Moon Pads, Menstrual Cups, Face Masks
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please provide your order number and photos including; interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and package contents to customerservice@marleysmonsters.com. Please include your order number to get the process started for any cancellations or returns.
Payment Options
We accept all forms of payment at checkout, including Paypal and G-Pay. Email us at customerservice@marleysmonsters.com if you don't see your preferred payment method listed.
