The cup was designed with comfort in mind, with the ridges in place to ensure there is no internal slippage. To use, simply fold the menstrual cup in half and insert it as you would a tampon. After allowing the cup to open up, it can be used for up to 12 hours. With proper care, the cup can last up to 10 years. The viv cup helps reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome, bacteria infections, and cramps. The Viv cup is a great option for environmentally conscious and busy menstruators. Power through your workday without the worry to change your pad or tampon. Save money and time without the need to purchase disposable menstrual products.

Large; a few issues but SO MUCH BETTER than tampons!!!

I am not new to using menstrual cups and have given birth and over 30 (usually the criteria to these things for sizing) so I got a large, but I have a very light and short period after having a surgery and I think I needed a small in this brand. It is the largest in diameter I have used. I have used the largest sizes in Pixie and Diva brands prior to the surgery when my periods were extremely heavy. It may be the change of my body since the surgery but this one was tricky to get the suction right and often times (especially while using the bathroom) began to slide back down BUT never leaked. I appreciate the black color to avoid staining. I do like the ring grip the best out of all the others I have tried. I'm not giving up on this one but may end up sizing down to a small. Still a million times better than tampons!! I have no headaches anymore once switched to cups and minimal cramping! No regrets! It just is a learning curve. Don't give it! So much better for your body and the environment!! No TSS worries either!
